"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jaime & Virtus Performance Club for just over a year. Within that year the work we’ve done together significantly contributed to the success I achieved. This past year saw me make the GB athletics team that competed at the European outdoor athletics championships, a major international competition I haven’t competed in since the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Additionally, I finished 3rd at the UK British national trials in the 200m, and ran Personal bests in the 200m & 400m."

They’re incredibly attentive and supportive and always watching to make sure your form is correct. Whether it’s something as small as having the wrong foot in front or not stretching far enough, they’re on it. That attention to detail has made a huge difference in my performance and has helped me stay injury-free."
