With general and advanced class options, private training options, and coaches experienced in modifying for all experience levels, we're confident we have an option for you!

Professional Coaches.

Our coaches bring a wealth of experience working with high level collegiate, professional, and olympic athletes. They are all professionally certified, and have the experience to coach athletes of all ages and sport.

Performance Driven.

Our training is designed with performance in mind. We value indicators such as vertical jump height and track key performance metrics, all targeted to performing well on the playing field.

We provide full body assessments that can give athletes objective data regarding:

2021 Olympian, GB International Athlete

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jaime & Virtus Performance Club for just over a year. Within that year the work we’ve done together significantly contributed to the success I achieved. This past year saw me make the GB athletics team that competed at the European outdoor athletics championships, a major international competition I haven’t competed in since the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Additionally, I finished 3rd at the UK British national trials in the 200m, and ran Personal bests in the 200m & 400m.
