Training is always better when you have a training partner! All of our group classes are 55 minutes long, led by a professional Strength & Conditioning coach, and include:

- General movement assessment
- Force place assessment
- Personalized programming
- Can be modified and adjusted around competition and practice schedules

Can't train in person? We offer remote training services to athletes of all levels, no matter your location. If you can't make it into our physical location, our online training programs, run through the TrainHeroic app, could be a great option! Online training includes:
- Personalized Programming
- Workouts based on equipment you have access to
- Video & text based feedback
- Online access to your own individual coach
